About ThinkPrivate
ThinkPrivate is Australia's leading private credit comparison and origination technology platform, built as an intermediary for brokers and debt advisors to non-bank lenders, private credit funds and family offices for real estate-backed commercial lending.
ThinkPrivate has 40+ lenders to compare in real time and 1,900+ brokers nationwide, transacting across bridging, development and other commercial scenarios.
Our ambition is simple: every private credit transaction in Australia should run through ThinkPrivate.
Tell us what we're missing
The two roles listed are the ones we are actively recruiting. They are not the only ways to be useful here — a small team at this stage has more work than it has job titles.
If you can see a role here that we have not written down, describe it. Tell us what you would own, what you would change in your first ninety days, and why that matters more than the roles already listed. Specific beats general.
What we're always interested in
Live relationships across the Australian private credit market — funds, family offices and non-bank lenders.
Brokers and debt advisors who have placed commercial and private deals and know exactly where the process breaks down.
Engineers and product people who want to work on matching, pricing and origination rather than another dashboard.
